Laws and regulations that prevent the transfer.
What happened to personal responsibility?
Those who are intelligent enough to do to our own decicions?
Is it really nessesary for the government to tell us how we live our lives?
Examples - (obviously they are no laws in the world)
When I was growing up in the 1960s had no seat belts in cars, now, wherever we do, they do save lives, but we have laws that tell us?
Generations of families grown and run to secondhand smoke cigarettes and cigars, know that this now is not healthy, but we really need laws for people to do what they will do to prevent anyway (we have nOT learning from the ban?)
Laws that require us to put fences around our pools, so do not drown our children? And parents have their children?
We all grew up without fences of swimming pools. How did we survive it?
